Assertiveness and Communication 1 day in-house training course
This course aims to increase self-awareness and to provide some key skills for acting more assertively. It is suitable for anyone would feels that they would benefit from acting more assertively. Perhaps at the moment they come across as either too passive or too aggressive and aren’t getting the results they would like from their relationships with others. A more assertive individual will foster better working relationships with others and therefore find it easier to achieve their objectives.

• Handling difficult situations more effectively
• Acting assertively – the 4 step model
• Projecting authority through your language and your body language
• Getting your message across – effective communication skills
• Understanding and influencing others
