Course Aims
This course is for all levels of staff. It aims to teach participants how recognise personal stress, to understand the causes, signs and symptoms of stress, and learn a series of coping strategies for the future. By the end of the course participants will:
• Know what they need to do in order to manage their stress levels
• Have a variety of tools available for both short-term and long-term relief
• Devise a strategy for managing stress in all areas of your life

Learning Approach
